Enabling and disabling notifications
Each notification can be enabled or disabled as required. Disabling a notification prevents it from sending any messages without having to remove all the configuration.
Reasons you may want to disable a notification:
- Temporarily turn off a specific notification
- Work on notification configuration in a 'draft state' before making it live
You can enable/disable a notification from two places:
- The main notifications list
- When editing an individual notification
Enabling/disabling notifications from the main notifications list
Simply tap the toggle to enable or disable the notification.
When you toggle the enabled state from the main list the changes take effect immediately
Enabling/disabling when editing an individual notification
First tap the toggle button at the top of the form, then press the Save button at the top of the screen.
When you toggle the enabled state when editing an individual notification changes only take effect after you have pressed the Save button.
