Setting timezones
As Relay is working with time based notifications, operating in the right timezone is important. By default each Relay account is configured to use Europe/London but this can be changed by an Admin if another timezone is more suitable.
How to change the default Relay timezone

Head to Settings > Timezones. You can now select the preferred timezone from the dropdown and press the Save button.
Your local timezone will also be shown on this screen to help make the right selection.
What happens to any times setup in notifications after a change?
When you change the default timezone any notifications enabled will now send messages at the specified time relative to the new timezone.
For example if you have a notification set for 9AM and you change your default timezone from Europe/London to Europe/Paris any future messages will be sent at 9AM Paris time. This will mean that anyone receiving the messages in the UK will receive them at 8AM.
What if some Relay users are working in a different timezone?
If Relay detects that your local timezone is different from the default, it will display additional information for you when you're editing a notification.

The timezone being used by the Relay account is shown at the top right of the drop down. Below the dropdown, additional information relating to how you will experience this in your timezone is shown.
